STANDARD TRANSIT TIMES & RATES

Please keep in mind that transit times DO NOT include the day the order is placed. They also DO NOT include weekends.

Economy Shipping: Allow 4 - 10 days transit time. Available in the Continental US only.

Standard / Ground: 3 to 7 days average transit time, depending on location. US only.

3 Day Shipping: 3 days transit time. US only.

Economy to Canada: 7 to 10 days average transit time, depending on location. Canada only. Brokerage, duties and taxes are NOT included and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

International: 8 to 12 days average transit time. International orders only.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

EXPEDITED ORDERS (Next Day, 2 Day, & 3 Day) must be placed by 1:00pm EST to guarantee same day shipping. Does not include orders with "custom order" items. Orders with custom order items will be held and will ship complete once the custom order item(s) is produced.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA All shipments to Canada are subject to your standard GST and PST taxes, plus Canadian custom release fees. Customs merchandise duties are normally around 12% to 20% of the total order value, based on the types of products purchased and will be assessed by Canadian customs. Brokerage, duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING For all other countries, brokerage fees, taxes, and duty imposed by customs in your country can not be accurately estimated. These charges will be your responsibility.
